Casa Fiesta at 1007 West Perkins Avenue, Sandusky, Ohio.

I've been there a handful of times... never once have I been impressed with the food. It's bland and very greasy/water-ey. For example: I ordered a mexican pizza (tortilla with shredded chicken and assorted toppings then cooked.) The food was soaked in water/grease so much that I tipped my plate and dumped a lot of it off. The plate looked like a large pile of mush... not visually appealing. This I could look past, but when I cut into my pizza, I immediately found a 3-4" hair. The waitress was very understanding and apologetic so I ordered a simple chicken quesadilla as a replacement. The quesadilla, when I picked it up, dripped water too... but not nearly as much as my "pizza". It tasted OK though (but it was just chicken and cheese in a tortilla... not too much to screw up.) The prices are reasonable (the main reason I rated the food as "Good" instead of "Poor/Fair")

The decor is typical of a restaurant like this: bright colors and painted Mexican themes. It's clean and tidy inside. The waitress and staff were excellent at handling my concern and they didn't charge me for my "meal" (I'm very appreciative of that.)

Is it a nice establishment? Absolutely. Would I eat their food again? Probably not.
